The portfolio of Hyatt Regency Chongqing consist of 321 guestrooms and 37 luxurious suites consisting of Chairman Suite and Presidential Suite. Majority of the rooms offer views of Paradise Walk. The luxury of the guestrooms is accentuated by the marble en-suite bathroom in an enclosed glass area. All the baths are equipped with Pharmacorpia SPA products.

The food and beverage options at the hotel consist of Market Cafe, an all-day dining buffet restaurant featuring four interactive show kitchens and a beverage bar; Yu Yue, a Chinese restaurant serving authentic Sichuan cuisine with nine private rooms for dining and entertainment boasting distinct design features; lobby level Tea Lounge, and Mi Yue; and the Ling Long Bar allowing guests to unwind in the stylishly decorated space.

The new Hyatt offers more than 20,100 square feet of function space, consisting of pillar-less 8,300-square-feet Regency Ballroom overlooking the Paradise Walk, featuring 26-feet high ceiling. The hotel also has 3,900 square feet Beicheng Ballroom, which can be split into two separate rooms. In addition, the new Hyatt also has eight additional multi-purpose venues, ranging from 581 to 1,292 square feet.
