The property, encompassing seven floors, will be the first Hyatt-branded select service hotel in the region. It will house a total of 156 guestrooms along with an adjoining casino. It will also consist of flexible meeting area spanning 2,075 square feet, and a fitness centre.
The hotel will incorporate the Gallery lobby/lounge with Guest Kitchen, as well as dining spaces with indoor seating facilities for a maximum of 80, and 12-capacity outdoor seating on the verandah. Among other features of the property include free-standing restaurant and bar, oudoor swimming pool, and a multi-storey parking garage possessing a capacity to accommodate 250 vehicles. Free Wi-Fi service will be offered throughout the hotel.
The facility is due to open by the first quarter of 2014.
