The transformation includes a second tower addition, expanding the hotel space to 733 guestrooms and an addition of 60,000 square feet of contemporary meeting and event space.

Hyatt Regency Bellevue will open its doors by July 31, 2009. The renovated hotel now features a 5,400 square meter grand ballroom which is considered to be the largest hotel ballroom on Seattle’s Eastside and the third largest in the state of Washington.

The Evergreen Ballroom is a 120-seat executive auditorium. The renovations have also created seven conference suites that will be housed within the new tower of the hotel. The renovation process has taken two years to reach completion.

Hyatt has more than 365 properties in some 45 countries. Its core Hyatt Regency brand offers hospitality services targeted primarily to business travelers and upscale vacationers. The firm also operates properties under the names Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Hyatt Summerfield Suites, Hyatt Resorts, and Andaz.
