The project expanded and refurbished the social spaces of the facility. The revamped building incorporates an L-shaped lobby expansion which covers an area of 2000 square feet. The facility also features a new lounge as well as an adjacent outdoor seating space donning a beverage-service window following the facelift.
The facility also houses a covered car and motor-coach portico post upgrade work. The portico encompasses an area of 1000 square feet. The landscaping has also been redesigned while the parking area has received an overhaul. In addition, the box office has also been shifted a little far from the parking area as part of the project
