Located at 100 N. Christopher Columbus Blvd. in the Penn’s Landing waterfront area, the new hotel lays emphasis on arrival and welcome services, guestroom and guest bath comfort, and a redesigned logo and signage.
The new 10-storey hotel features renovated 184 guest rooms equipped with 32-inch HD flat screen TVs, comfortable queen or king-sized beds, a sitting area with a lounge chair, and an in-room coffee machine. Guests at the hotel will also be provided with the SimplySmart bedding collection and the SimplySmart shower.
The hotel also features a fully remodeled lobby, a 24-hour business centre, meeting facilities and an exercise room. Business travelers at the hotel will be provided with large desks with ergonomic chairs, free high-speed internet access and free local phone and toll free, phones with private voicemail and complimentary USA TODAY newspapers.
The new hotel is in close proximity to the Philadelphia Visitor’s Center, the National American Museum of Jewish History and the Edgar Allen Poe National Historic Site. It is owned by Delaware Waterfront Associates and managed by Growth Properties Hospitality Management.
