Currently the Sunnybrook Hotel, the hotel will be reopened as Holiday Inn Warwick Farm.
Located at 355 Hume Highway Warwick Farm, the renovated Holiday Inn Warwick Farm will feature 146 guest rooms. The amenities of the hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a tavern adjacent to the hotel with gaming facilities, gymnasium, a meetings and events centre, heated outdoor swimming pool, and generous onsite parking.
The project includes the renovation of all guest rooms, the hotel restaurant, the gymnasium and swimming pool. Along with that the adjoining Oscars Tavern and the meeting and events centre will also be renovated, which is due for completion in early 2014.
Holiday Inn Warwick Farm will be the 22nd Holiday Inn in Australia. The hotel is scheduled to open its doors to the guests on 10 September 2013.
