Designed to provide inspiring, practical and efficient working office facilities, the Interiors Group along with the external designers, have created two differing complimentary environments, which will reflect the heritage of the company and its founder.
The layout of the scheme includes executive and marketing suite, reception area, dining rooms and kitchen on the lower floor. The upper floor, which is connected by a spiral staircase or the main lifts includes open plan working and break out space meeting rooms, offices, a kitchen and a library.
The upper floor featuring the reception area has been decorated with traditional crafted screen teamed with a modern desk, contemporary furniture, natural marble flooring and a flat ceiling with downlighters, concealed lighting and an ingenious light feature.
The lower reception area, which is connected to the upper floor by a helicoid staircase, has been designed with earth toned colour palette along with wooden fretwork. The large meeting room and kitchen are also decorated with stylish woodwork, while the work spaces and offices are decorated with vibrant colours.
In order to provide a motivating environment, contemporary office furniture has been used in the scheme. It also includes bespoke library bookcases and cellular reading room, which adds a unique feature to the quality of the fit-out. Reflecting the décor of the floor above, the lower floor features elegant furnishings and furniture.
It also includes an elegant formal dining suite with intricately designed window glazing and an adjacent relaxed breakout area. Capturing the history and business excellence of the agency, the place is decorated with various types of pendant lights and leather sofa, along with a large AV screen, luxurious carpets and fabrics.
