The first scheme to be undertaken by ISG for the developer, the project took three-months to complete, which included the fit-out of 180,000 square feet of accommodation across four floor plates.
The fit-out includes taking the four stories from shell and core to Cat A standard with the installation of mechanical and electrical services and suspended ceilings in preparation for bespoke fit-out of the space by future tenants.
The fit-out also includes an exclusive marketing suite on the sixth floor, which provides a showcase for all available space in the building.
