The new Rim light is noted for its simple design, which creates a soft and warm lighting effect. The lamp has a bare light bulb, which is concealed from view by a flat suspended lampshade that can rotate around the light source.
The material palette used for the lamp comprises steel and aluminium, while fabric has been used for the lamp shade. The lamp is available in a variety of shades, which can be chosen as per space requirements.
Though simple in design, the lamp gives a new meaning to the space. The new Rim Lamp was showcased at Paris Design Week in September 2012.
