The Kaldewei Comfort Select was developed by the Phoenix Design office, Stuttgart/Tokyo and rounds-off the wellness offerings of the baths. Design and function form a harmonious unit. The tubs can be installed with free-standing panelling and does not require any additional components such as external floorstanding fittings.
The bath system redefines the bathroom architecture. The electronic filler Comfort Select includes a digital operating panel for regulating the water inlet and outflow, the water temperature, and shower or bath function.
The Kaldewei Comfort Select system consists of three components, which includes an operating panel with electronic control unit, a drain and overflow fitting, and a shower hose. The components can all be individually combined. The operating panel with electronic control unit integrates virtually flush into the rim of the bath and allows users to precisely set the temperature of water, even before turning it on. The temperature of the water can be easily adjusted in increments of 0.5°C at any time. The baths feature a special Kaldewei Comfort Select drain and overflow fitting with integrated fill function, which allows convenient filling of the bath tubs.
The operating panel also electronically controls the shower function with the Kaldewei Comfort Select shower hose. The user has an option to choose from the shower head to match it with other bathroom fittings. The manufacturer is also offering options for shower hose holder. Depending on the bath, the shower hose can be sunk into the rim or fitted to the outside using a special holder.
