The first new pool planned will be a spacious facility dedicated for children at the Night Heron Park pool complex. The facility will feature a curve-shaped waterslide as well as other water features for children of varying ages.
Another pool will be constructed in West Beach. This pool will incorporate an adult section along with a spacious play space. The play area will be equipped with toys as well as slides. In addition, the current pool for adults at Night Heron will be thoroughly overhauled as part of the project. The revamped pool will facilitate swim lessons and some Kamp Kiawah activities for children.
Among the other features of the resort are a 255-room hotel and spa, 600 private villas and luxury residences, nine restaurants, two tennis centres and five championship golf courses.
