The Artisan Cluster will be GCA’s first major project in Dubai. The project involves creating and designing the interiors of both the Tamani Arts Hotel and Tamani Arts Offices in the Business Bay.
The Tamani Hotels and Resorts will be managing the hotel, commercial and residential and retail spaces.
The Artisan Cluster has been designed by the architects of Terry Farrell and Partners while KM Properties launched the Artisan Cluster last May and sold over 90% of it.
The Artisan Cluster, covering a built up area of approximately two million square feet, is a development located near the Burj Dubai consisting of clusters of iconic towers for hotel, commercial and residential use.
