The new two-story facility, designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, will feature a pre-cast structure with suspended concrete slab, brick veneer and tinted glass. The main entrance will feature a glass canopy. The medical offices will occupy the second floor and will include five exam rooms, offices and a large physical therapy area. The first floor of the facility will house approximately 2,100 square feet of retail area, an elevator and private indoor parking.
Cody Design Group, Inc. is the project architect. Interior Planning & Design, Inc. will provide the interior design services while Cemcon, Ltd. is the Civil Engineer for the project. The project is scheduled to reach completion in the third quarter of 2010.
