The headquarter expansion project includes the construction of a new 210,000 square feet office building, which will be situated on the northwest side of the campus. The new building will have three storeys plus a lower level. It will be constructed to accommodate 745 employees.

The first phase of the masterplan, the new free-standing building, will connect to other buildings on the campus via walkways and tunnels. In addition to office space, the new building will also include a satellite Café Koch and training space. Construction of the new building will begin in the fall of 2013, with completion slated for mid-2015.

Wichita-based Hutton Construction, in partnership with GE Johnson, will work as the construction manager for the project. Professional Engineering Consultants of Wichita will work as the project engineer.
