The project will be developed by RB Development in four phases. The construction of the new condominium marks the second phase of the resort development project. The new condominium tower will accommodate a total of 168 units while sporting a contemporary and sleek look.
Among the many features of the building will be a gym, sauna, swimming pool, as well as a waterfront esplanade. It will be further equipped with four passenger lifts and service lifts. The structure will also allow views of the surrounding landscape and the Sarawak River. Another unique feature of the new facility is its floating restaurant and café, as reported in the Borneo Post.
Following the completion of the development project, the resort will incorporate a pair of condominiums namely the Riverine Emerald tower and Riverine Sapphire tower, an office suite tower and a hotel tower. Construction of the Sapphire tower is expected to be completed by 2013.
