Consisting of 379,000 square feet of space, the scheme occupies an island site close to St Paul’s Cathedral and comprises two distinct buildings united by a new public piazza.

Upon completion, the scheme will offer 346,000-square-foot highly efficient office accommodation with generous open and green spaces. The scheme also includes 33,000 square feet of restaurant and retail facilities at ground and basement levels as well as improved pedestrian links and new public areas for those working, visiting and living in the area.

Skanska Construction UK Ltd has been appointed as the main contractor for the scheme with the demolition work already completed. Construction will start on site in August, with completion scheduled for April 2015.
