This 211 room hotel is being designed by John Gerondelis of Smallwoods, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart and Associates (SRSSA). The design of the hotel is inspired by the style of Edwin Lutyens, a leading 20th century British architect best known for playing an instrumental role in designing and building a section of the metropolis of Delhi.

The hotel’s architectural design showcases a blend of classical historical Northern Indian places and Lutyen Delhi reflected in the colonnades and architectural features of landmark buildings like the Parliament.

The hotel, located on a three-acre site, will have an array of specialty restaurants, lounges, library bar, state- of-the-art spa and banqueting facilities. The hotel will feature deluxe guestrooms spanning 500 square feet; 1,000 square feet Royal Suites, private pools; and a 4,000 square feet Presidential Suite with adjoining deluxe bedroom. Two bars spanning 6,500 square feet with nine treatment rooms, a beauty salon, fitness center and a heated swimming pool are featured on the rooftop terrace.
