Sculpted out of 5,805,846 bricks, the Tower Bridge model is the Guinness World Record holder of the largest LEGO arrangement ever constructed. It beats the previous record holder, a 2013 replica of a Star Wars X-wing fighter by a whopping 470,646 pieces.

If deconstructed and laid in a line, the Tower Bridge LEGO bricks would sprawl as far as 200 miles, or from London to Paris.

The UK’s only LEGO Certified Professional Duncan Titmarch, led his team of Master Builders for the five months that it took to construct the staggering sculpture. It was built on the grounds of Packington Hall, Warwickshire, not too far from Land Rover’s Solihull plant.

Such a placement was no coincidence, however. The Tower Bridge model was crafted as part of the automobile manufacturer’s reveal of its New Discovery model. While Land Rover is an industry leader in off-road escapades, it clearly demonstrated a flair for showmanship by brainstorming the concept for the LEGO accomplishment.

Featured on either side of the bridge were two Discovery Zones that represented the spirit of the car brand. Constructed entirely out of LEGO pieces, the Adventure Zone depicted boulders and a fire, reminiscent of travelling through the mountains. British champion of exploration, Bear Grylls, hosted this space for the reveal.

The Equestrian Zone illustrated a slice of life from a traditional British picnic, throughout which renowned British equestrian Zara Phillips expertly guided her horse.
