To become the signature restaurant inside the recently renovated Hilton Lexington/Downtown, Triangle Grille will feature traditional and innovative dishes that will change seasonally created by Executive Chef Joshua Winslow.
Triangle Grille, would be opening on March 1, 2010 will introduce a winter menu that showcases artfully prepared dishes.
The interior of the 3,711 square feet Triangle Grille, designed by Atlanta firm Design Continuum, features a color palate of greens, reds and pinks. Bright floral patterns on fabrics and carpeting can be found throughout the 134-seat main dining and 32-seat private dining areas.
Triangle Grille is located at 369 West Vine Street Lexington, Kentucky, 40507, and is the signature restaurant inside of the Hilton Lexington/Downtown.
