Available in five variants, namely area, flood, highbay, pedestrian and wall, the Forefront range is a complete line of of architectural luminaires. The specialty of the new products is that they completely fit in with the architectural landscape of the place where they are installed.

The products are the first products by Lighting Science to feature PixelView, a occupancy sensing technology, designed for efficient outdoor control. The technology, in unoccupied settings, dims the light by 30-50%. The company is offering several combination and options with the range to suit individual requirement of any space.

Forefront ‘Area’ offers six optical distributions and produces up to 32,000 lumens of light. The light, in comparison with 100-750W HID fixtures, brings about an energy saving of up to 50%. Forefront ‘Flood’ features four unique optical distribution modules, and generates up to 23,000 lumens. Flood is ideal for facade, sign, landscape and architectural highlighting.

Forefront ‘Highbay’ is offered in three size variant and optical packages. The product is chiefly targeted for industrial applications, such as warehousing, schools, cold storage and manufacturing facilities. Forefront ‘Pedestrian’ is ideal for parks, building entrances and streetscapes and has an output of over 5,500 lumens.

Forefront ‘Wall’ is being marketed in two size variant. Its output is comparable to a 400 watt HID system, at less than 50% the energy usage.
