The lounge has been designed to offer stylish environment for dining and relaxation. bmi Number One Heathrow is open to bmi Business Class, Diamond Club and Star Alliance Gold customers traveling to bmi international destinations.
The unique layout of the lounge does not feature a reception desk. Customers are welcomed inside by members of the lounge team. Various informal zones are featured in the lounge to cater to the needs of travelers.
The lounge features a range of different chair designs by UK designer Tom Dixon, and offers views over the runway. The space offers a work oriented environment with desk seating as well as a boardroom-style table and free Wi-Fi.
An informal British pub environment, ‘The Local’ is another feature of the lounge along with a leather-buttoned horseshoe shaped bar.
