The look is based on the requirement of Corboy’s client, who purchased the penthouse. Stat Vein marble and stainless steel were chosen to provide an overall monochromatic look to the kitchen. The 150mm high bench tops are made of stainless steel with the Stat Marble inserted into the work surface. Stainless steel has also been used on the draws, doors and end panel fronts.
Above the bench top are three lights, installed in linear order. The base of the bench top is illuminated with blue colored lights that brighten the whole kitchen with a bluish tinge.
The kitchen also features Gaggenau appliances such as the Gaggenau fridge/freezer imported from England. The cabinetry features a streamline chromed handle imported from Germany, which gives a lined appearance to the kitchen.
