Inspired by the 140th anniversary of the Benetti shipyard, Marco Casali has presented the Amarcord 56 superyacht project that is rooted in the history of the brand itself. Reinterpreting history with a touch of modernity, Marco Casali has designed the Amarcord 56 superyacht by taking care of the aesthetic as well as functional elements.

Recreating the Benetti ships of the 70s, the new superyacht has taken few key design elements such as shear line and the rounded stern with reverse angle, and the slender line and the reduced volume in the transverse direction, and reintegrated them into a new context.

With reference to the Benetti boats Galù, the owner’s cabin is placed in a forward position with full beam section softened by two terraces. Two guest cabins are located on the upper deck. Featuring large windows, both cabins can be equipped with folding terraces.

The stern has been lengthened escaping the alignment with the upper deck for obtaining a raised beach area that works as a link between the sea and the upper deck connected with a central stairway. The alternation between the symmetrical side stairs and the large central staircase creates a renaissance effect.

The elevation of the beach area on the main deck also provides more privacy to the cockpit. Making the main deck aft available for the guests, the docking maneuvers have been moved to the lower deck. A kitchen is featured on the lower deck.

The garage place can accommodate two tenders at the stern and at the bow of the Amarcord 56 yacht.
