The new facility, christened Marriott Cali Hotel, will accommodate a total of 170 rooms and suites. It will also comprise three different meeting spaces which includes a ballroom covering an area of 4,900 square feet. There will be casual dining restaurant, a sushi bar, as well as a great room in the hotel.
Further, the property will house a wide array of recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, and a fitness centre. Among its various other features include a concierge lounge, business centre, gift shop, along with a parking garage.
The hotel is due to open doors in 2014.
