Attributed as the first Courtyard by Marriott branded hotel in the Bhopal city, the hotel is a three-storied property, which is located at DB City – Arera Hills in Bhopal.
Boasting contemporary decor, the new hotel features 101 guestrooms, out of which 20 are Twin Rooms, 75 are King Rooms, three are Studio Suites, two are Courtyard Suites and one is a specially abled room.
To provide the guests an upscale dining experience, the hotel offers MoMo Café, Éclair – The Bake Shop, Corner Bar, The Pool Bar, and Alfresco dining options. The other amenities for the guests include an on-site fitness centre, an outdoor pool and The Four Fountains Spa.
