The new Renaissance Izmir Hotel will be located in the heart of downtown Izmir and offers quick access to Kordon, the sea front shopping and dining promenade of Izmir. The portfolio of the hotel will consist of 110 guestrooms.
The amenities for the guests at the new hotel will consist of an all-day dining rooftop restaurant, a mix of leisure facilities, such as a spa, plunge pool and a fitness centre. The hotel will also have 2,130 square feet of meeting space split between three meeting rooms, and a dedicated business centre designed to meet the requirements of the business travellers.
The design of the hotel will incorporate the city’s inspirational details at all possible points. The guestrooms will have a sophisticated decor and will feature all the signature amenities of the Renaissance-brand. A case in point, is luxury beddings and sophisticated technology. The hotel will also include Renaissance’s R Navigator and RLife LIVE features.
The new Renaissance Izmir Hotel will be the 10th hotel by Marriott in Turkey. It is slated for an opening in late 2012.
