The properties include a 315-room Abu Dhabi Marriott Hotel and a 64-unit Marriott Executive Apartments Abu Dhabi City Center. These will be part of Bloom Central, a mixed-use development including 16,200 square metre of office and residential space on Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Street. Both properties will be developed by Bloom Properties and are scheduled to open in 2014.
The Abu Dhabi Marriott Hotel will feature 1,596 square metre of conference space including a 600 metre ballroom, 370 square metre junior ballroom, both of which can be transformed into ballroom that will be divisible into three sections, two board rooms, a 40 square metre VIP room, restaurants and lounges, a roof-level pool-bar, a health and leisure club, roof-top swimming pool, spa and fitness centre.
The hotel’s interiors will feature contemporary, residential design, and dramatic lighting. Guest rooms will feature Marriott’s plush bed and bath amenities, internet access, safe and flat screen television.
The 64-unit Marriott Executive Apartments Abu Dhabi City Center will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units that will include a full kitchen, laundry, private resident’s lounge, a separate swimming pool and fitness centre, internet access and in-unit safe.
