Maxi Dolphin unveils interiors of FC100 superyacht

The interior concept of the FC100 superyacht has been designed by Pierre Frutschi, and developed and created through the Maxi Dolphin MD design office project, in close collaboration with the owner. French naval architects Finot-Conq has developed the hull as well as waterline of FC100, which is designed to be the fastest 100 foot cruiser.

The luxury yacht FC100 appears in shades of matt white and polished black. The surfaces and the strip of the exposed hull features polished black lacquer finish, which creates a refined contrast with the white opaque surfaces. The chromatic difference gives the internal layout a mirror effect that expands the perception of the space.

The cabins are fitted with floors in ultra light, thin carpet to meet the owner’s need for comfort without compromising the boat’s appearance. The chromatic choice of the black and white striped carpet articulates and measures the space. The environments with the reflections and strokes of light from the polished black finish, have an elegant allure. The lighting is indirect, enhancing the polished-matt colours of black and white to make the spaces well lighted and spacious.

The colour of the hull also appears in various interior details such as strips of the shutters or certain furnishing elements like chairs, covers, and cushions. It also features bathroom countertops, which are in carbon, like the shower seat and the surface of the built-in tub highlighting the FC100 yacht. The areas are separated by refined walls in matt Plexiglas, creating the perception of a generous space while defining and protecting the area.

Luxury yacht FC100 can accommodate up to 12 guests and four crew members in two crew cabins. It offers five guest cabins located forward of the raised saloon. The deck features a huge cockpit, with a guests area, a technical area and a large aft sundeck and a coach roof that allows a 360 degree vision to the sea from the deck saloon. Under her uncluttered aft deck there is a yacht tender garage, with a stern door that doubles as a bathing platform.
