The renovation project has been designed by EPR and involves renovation of the existing period building to develop 33,000 square feet of premium office space over the five upper floors of the building. The building stands at the corner in the West End between Wardour Street and Meard Street.

The project will not affect the ground floor of the building, which comprises three retail units. All the retailers will remain open through the renovation.

When completed, the new floor plates will range from 5,400 square feet to 7,000 square feet. The renovated office space will be marked by a new enlarged and prominent reception. The space will have a high quality contemporary fit out.

The project will be developed by LGP in joint venture with Walbrook Land. Morgan Sindall plans to commence work on the site in July 2012 and wrap-up the project in the first quarter of 2013.
