The Ankara Bilkent Integrated Health Campus will offer 3,662 beds. It will include a 562-bed general hospital, a 574-bed women’s hospital, a 514-bed children’s hospital, a 425-bed cardiovascular surgery hospital, a 557-bed oncology hospital, a 412-bed neurological science and orthopaedics hospital and a 300-bed physical therapy & rehabilitation hospital.

The health campus will also include a 198-bed psychiatric hospital, a 100-bed high-security forensic psychiatric hospital, a 20-bed burns unit and a diagnosis and treatment centre. The new health campus will offer a technical services building, a clinic hotel and a new main administrative centre for the Republic of Turkey’s Ministry of Health.

Pursuant to the contract, the company will provide technical and environmental advisory services for the project. The company will also provide construction and operational monitoring services for subsequent phases of the project.

Upon completion, the Ankara Bilkent Health Campus will deliver a patient-centred increase in capacity and offer first-class facilities and equipment, integrated on one site, which will provide significant benefits to the people of Turkey.

The financial close for the project is due to be reached by mid-2013. The construction of the facility will span for three and a half years.
