US-based NBF has created a custom website for government customers seeking to purchase office furniture under GSA or TXMAS contracts. Government customers can access the custom GSA website by creating an account at www.nbf.com/GSA and indicating their purchase through GSA or TXMAS contracts.
Once signed in, government customers will be able to see current GSA pricing, receive additional discounts on GSA approved items, view their order history and FOB pricing during checkout. By signing in, customers can also create shopping lists which can be emailed to colleagues for approval or to an NBF sales representative for a quote.
NBF offers over 1,000 GSA approved items including office desks, office chairs, file cabinets and reception furniture. Using the intuitive navigation at NBF.com, customers can easily refine their search to view GSA approved products. Government customers can even determine if they want to browse all available, open-market furniture or strictly GSA approved items.
In addition to the website, NBF sells furniture with a 300+ page catalog and through a national sales force. NBF’s team of GSA specialists are available to help government customers find exactly what they are looking for and assist with any additional services.
NBF holds three separate GSA contracts – GS-28F-0007T, GS-27F-0024V and GS-28F-0017S) and a Texas state contract – TXMAS-8-711030. NBF also works with several third-party businesses and agencies to meet various socio/economic set-aside requirements and blanket purchase agreements.
