Located at Skånegatan 1-3, which is close to Ullevi and within walking distance of Gothenburg Central Station, the new office building would offer 19,500 square meters of leasable space.
The property will be certified as a GreenBuilding and environmentally assessed according to the international BREEAM certification system. The design of the building will optimise the indoor environment, ecology and lifecycle. It will also reduce waste and incorporate efficient management of energy and water.
The premises are being developed in line with the “Future Office by NCC” concept, a Nordic model designed to create attractive and sustainable workplaces for customers.
The property is scheduled for completion during the third quarter of 2015. This is the third of several properties developed by NCC in the Ullevi area.
