To be developed as a joint venture between NCC and Swedavia, the project involves construction of a new office tower dubbed as Sense Building. The Sense Building will be among the six buildings in Sky City Office situated in close proximity to the traffic control tower at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
The 10-storey tall Sense Building will have a total area of 20,000 square metre. The building will possess a high-profile architectural identity and will offer contemporary and flexible space, easily customized by the occupants as per their requirements.
The new office tower will be built according to high environmental standards and will be targeted to meets the standards for BREEAM accreditation. The planning for the scheme is scheduled to commence soon, post which the construction on the scheme will begin in the first quarter of 2013. Occupation is planned for July 2015.
