Jon Stanger and Jacqui Withnell, joint managing directors, and Helen Thain, the finance director have acquired the company set up by Eric Nethercoat in 1968. The firm supplies bespoke manufacturing and interiors across the commercial office, leisure and retail sectors.
Paul Nethercoat, son of Eric, was represented by Armitage Sykes solicitors in Huddersfield and Harris & Co accountants in Barnsley while selling off his stakes of the 45-member firm.
The clients of the firm range from blue-chip organizations to small and medium-sized enterprises and design and build companies.
