Located at 1300 South Eliseo Drive in Greenbrae, the facility is slated to be the first pediatric dental office to secure the award. It incorporates various green features which includes maximum passage of daylight, reduction in level of water consumption as well as maximum saving of energy.
The building has used low-emission causing adhesives and other materials and utilised recycled materials to minimise air pollution. It also features automotive controls for lighting and HVAC. Further, the facility is equipped with the most advanced equipment and uses digital methods to prevent paper wastage. The medical facility is also located close to a mass transport system and bicycle path ways.
