To be built in multiple phases, the scheme has been designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, Gwathmey Siegel Kaufman & Associates Architects and HKS Architects.
Marina Residences development will add an overall 35 homes. The phase I of the development will create three residences, which is scheduled for completion in 2014. The three new residences will be six-storey towers, which will have a total area of 275,000 square feet.
The new waterfront living will be offered in both modern and classic profiles. The residences will range from two to six bedrooms units. The units will have various luxury amenities, which will range from theatre to large penthouse with private swimming pool. Out of the three residences, two will also feature ground-floor office space.
