The new partnership with AMLI Residential, the US-based developer and manager of multifamily luxury residential properties, adds more than 1,000 ExecuStay furnished apartments in luxury apartment communities across the US. It brings the total number of apartments available by Marriott ExecuStay to 5,500.
Each spacious one-, two- or three-bedroom ExecuStay furnished apartment comes equipped with utilities such as electric, gas, water and cable; free wireless and high speed Internet access; full kitchen including essential cookware; laundry facilities in room or on site; Elite Dreamer bedding; television, DVD player; and bath linens.
According to Steve Hallsey, president and CEO of AMLI Management Company, this arrangement will help in doing away with the need for a six-month or year-long lease. It a suitable option for those on extended stay due to relocation, corporate or government work assignments.
