Designed by HASSELL and Lend Lease design, the low rise 10-storey ground scraper is the largest single tenanted commercial building in Australia spanning 83,550 square metres. It comprises a dynamic central atrium area and fully connected large floor plates and has been designed to maximise efficiency in air, water, energy and waste management.
The building also incorporates various green features including an underfloor air distribution system, Quiet Revolution wind turbines, blackwater system which decreases flow to sewer along with cutting down the number of car parking spaces provided.
The building has won the award defeating over 100 other finalists from the country. The centre has also received the Colliers International Award for Best Office Development.
