Steel fire doors from ASSA ABLOY Security Doors have been installed into the risers of the Spire core, above the viewing galleries, to maintain public safety.
Projection hinges were integrated into the doorsets, allowing the sub-contractor, EMTEC, to apply a surface cladding panel to the door for leveling it flush to the wall. It creates a clean, modern finish, in-keeping with the sharp design principles of the build.
