The hoods are equipped with the firm’s Air Logic HR System. The system is designed to absorb over 85% of grease in the cooking vapours via special Air Logic HR filters. The filters recessed into the hood captivate and extract vapours and odours by forming a cloud area between the filters and the edges.
The filters also allow the extraction process to be done throughout the hood’s whole surface as against normal hoods where vapours are extracted only from the area directly beneath the motor.
The new offering provides choice of 12 versions of chimney and island hoods. All the models are made in stainless steel. Among these, the model which stands out is the ES1292MAM island chimney hood. It comes in stainless steel design and is available in graphite black tone.
The hood has an extraction capacity of 749 cubic metre per hour. It is fitted with a special type of motor called EBM which reduces its level of noise and can also be connected to an external motor for further drop in noise levels. The piece features Air Logic HR System and eases operation through installation of touch-sensitive keys.
The ES1292MAM features an automatic ten minute over-run to capture odours while possessing a Clean Air function to improve the quality of indoor air also in the absence of cooking.
The hood is equipped with three 20w lights. It comes with six strong filter cassettes made of stainless steel and is dishwasher-friendly. Further, it has an indicator to depict the saturation point of the grease or carbon filters. The hood measures 830mm to 1150mm in height, 1150 in width and 700mm in depth.
