Maylands site in Hemel Hempstead is spread over 88,000 square feet, while Ajax in Slough spans over 31,000 square feet.
Butler & Willow will design a new, state-of-the-art working environment for the two sites which will feature data suites, social centres, open-plan offices, flexible meeting zones and secure areas for technology.
The overall work will entail a wide range of fit-out products. The project is expected to take up to 18 months to complete and will involve a budget in excess of £5 million ($8.02 million), which is currently under discussion.
