The services are aimed at improving facilities and modernise Dr. Phillips High School main South Campus located at 6500 Turkey Lake Road in Orlando, Florida. Major elements of the project include renovation/remodeling of approximately 372,940 square feet at the existing south campus constructed in 1987.
The project will also include renovation and remodeling of several buildings including administrative, multi-purpose/dining, classroom, laboratory, art, music suite, media centre, science, gymnasium, performing arts centre, field house and football stadium.
The project will also include new construction to the South Campus spanning 35,000 square feet.
