The $28 million project is part of Mountain View’s plans of updating its most central downtown areas. It will include 28,000 square feet of office and retail space, along with 15,000 square feet of residential condominium space.

The four-storey complex will comprise of one floor of retail space and three floors of office space, and will be located on almost half an acre of land at the corners of Castro, Church and Hope Streets in a highly visible area of the downtown. William Maston Architect and Associates is the master design and entitlement architect while Steinberg Architects is the detailed-design architect of the project.

This project will be developed by MPM Corporation and will be completed by July 2014.
