Enhancing the interior and exterior, CBL will undertake the multi-dollar renovation of the Northgate Mall. The main entrance will receive updates with portions of the parking lot to be repaved.
In order to provide a new interior, the remodeling will include new soft seating areas, new flooring as well as ceiling and lighting upgrades inside the mall. The renovation will also add new stores and restaurants in the mall.
Phase I of the project will also include the redevelopment of the adjacent T J Maxx anchored community center, which will add Ross Dress for Less and Michael’s Arts & Crafts centre.
Construction and renovation will begin on the associated centre as well as on the mall in early 2013, with completion anticipated in fall 2013.
