Currently under construction, the new 42m Vintage yacht features slightly retro aesthetic lines and state-of-the-art technology. Similar in many respects in terms of construction, engineering and materials of the other Codecasa yachts, the new yacht series is distinct for an interesting d’antan style. The yacht will be unique with a sea balcony folding from the starboard bulwark of the forward Owner’s suite. This new yacht is designed to accommodate up to 12 – 14 guests and 10 members of the crew.

Taking inspiration from classic and traditional yachts that have made the history of yachting, such as Moratti family’s mythic ‘Paraggina’ or the ‘Marlin’, owned by the Kennedys, the 42m Vintage series will be known by its appealing profile. The new yacht series is due for mid-2011 launch.

Codecasa is currently constructing 51m yachts, which is due for delivery by early 2011. Designed by Codecasa and their in-house architects Della Role, this full displacement ocean-going steel hull will be able to reach 17 knots of top speed. This full displacement oceangoing steel hull will be compliant to the MCA and Lloyd’s requirements.
