Situated on a former 7.69 acres automobile dealership site, the La Verne Village luxury apartment homes are integrated within the village-centre court, complete with more than 15,000 square feet of integrated retail shopping and dining.

Designed with contemporary craftsman architecture, the apartment homes feature tuck-under garages, and full upgraded appliance packages including a washer/dryer in each residence.

La Verne Village includes a mix of one-, two-and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging in size from 670-1,198 square feet. The apartment homes will be energy- and water-efficient and will include gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and European-style cabinetry.
