Under the scope of the project, all guest rooms, common areas and lobby were upgraded. The lobby now models the Refreshing Business concept of the hotel. The front desk of the lobby has been replaced with separate pedestal offering more personalized service to the guests and flexibility in design feature of the lobby.
The Refreshing Business lobby now has media pods that designate secluded place to the guest for working both in small team or alone. Each pod has free wireless Internet, 22” LCD televisions, a work table and several plug points which adds to the amenities and comfort of these pods. The pods also offers flexibility in the seating arrangement, which further increases the convenience of the guests.
The lobby also has a library that has books about Indianapolis and a 37″ high definition flat screen television for making the place more relaxing for the guests. The lobby also features exclusive GoBoard technology, which comprises a 52” LCD touch screen board that guests can use to get all the information pertaining to that area and get news updates as well.
The hotel offers two different breakfast dining options, namely the Courtyard Cafe that serves complimentary breakfast, and the Bistro that offers a seasonal menu. The Bistro is transformed into a relaxing bar in the evening. The patio of the hotel offers a great place for relaxation in the evening which serves beverages made using Starbucks coffee.
The fitness center of the hotel features all modern fitness equipment like treadmills, stationary bikes, exercise balls, plus free weights and elliptical machines. The hotel also has a whirlpool and temperature-controlled indoor pool and whirlpool.
