The new homes to debut will consist of a new series of executive homes and new one bedroom apartment. The single family homes will be mix of four and five bedroom units. The design of the executive family houses resonate with the traditional architectural style of the region.
The executive homes will feature upgraded kitchens, an iPod dock and ceiling speakers and fully tiled bathrooms with Villeroy and Boch suites. The homes are placed adjacent to open spaces.
The project also offers refurbished one, two and three bedroom apartments. The design of the apartments combines elegant Edwardian exterior design with crisp, clean modern interiors. The renovated units will have high ceilings and large sash style windows that will bathe the interiors with natural light. The units will also feature balconies and will be complete with modern fixtures.
The Noble Park development, when complete, will offer 300 homes including new developments as well as renovated apartments. The development is in close proximity to Epsom Common and Horton Country Park, and Epsom Downs. The residents will also benefit from its nearness to Ewell West station and Epsom Station.
