The new facility spans 27,000 square feet. An indoor service drive, an indoor delivery area, as well as a snack room and eating area with vending machines and two LCD flat screen TVs are among the various features of the new building.

The building also imbibes a host of green features. It has been equipped with solar panels which reap annual energy cost cuts of up to 30%. Energy consumption has been further reduced with installation of motion-sensor controlled lighting systems, and low-E exterior glass. Its design also maximises natural light penetration, leading to more energy savings.

The facility incorporates a Clean Burn furnace which burns waste oil and petroleum products to meet its heating needs. The process cuts down the amount of fossil fuel consumption through reclaiming waste petroleum products. The building consists of reverse osmosis filters which decrease 100% of plastic bottled water usage. In addition, plans are on to create indoor/outdoor auto charging stations for hybrids and electric vehicles in the coming days.
