The new facility features a wide array of state-of-the-art amenities in an enhanced lounge setting.
The design of the 5,115 square feet lounge features rustic and organic elements and reflects the characteristics of Colorado. The reception area is distinct with chiseled stone walls, curved glass panels and back-lit resin panels. The facility is designed to offer seating for 124 guests. Other amenities at the lounge are a cell-phone-free quiet zone featuring comfortable chairs with ottomans, a cyber cafe, flat-panel televisions and a children’s area.
The connection process has been simplified for travellers by relocating the Denver Admirals Club from Terminal C to Terminal A, the terminal from which both AA and BA operate. Located at the north end of terminal A, the lounge is easily accessible via the Jeppesen pedestrian bridge or the airport train.
In 2010, both the carriers entered into a business agreement to share revenue and coordinate their networks and schedules on routes between Europe and North America. The new Admirals Club lounge is the first facility of its kind to be opened after the agreement.
